Job Position: Banking voice process

Time : 11.am to 1.30pm interview start.

Date: 13th May – 29 May , 9.30 AM – 2.30 PM-2026,10.00 AM – 2.30 PM

Work Location: Hyderabad office.

Interview Location: Hitech City Divya Sree Omega Budling Block C

Hitech-city Hyderabad

Total Vacancies: 50+ Job Openings.

Basic Skills : Good communications skills, Mapping, Gis Mapping skills required.

Interview Location : Tech Mahindra, Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

Qualification : Bachelors Degree preferably in Geography, Geospatial data processing, or related domain.

Salary Expected : Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.

Skills :

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret geospatial data.
Strong cognitive abilities to make decisions in uncertainty.
Demonstrable working knowledge of guiding principles, and recognize instances of raising high-quality decisions.
Effective communication skills, especially comprehension.

Work Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
Document all interactions accurately in CRM as per guidelines
Capture relevant notes from customer conversations for future reference
Provide timely Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the team for product improvement
Adhere to login and production hours:
