- Job Position: Associate Support Engineer
- Total: 05+ Openings
- Work Location: Bangalore Only
- Shift: Must be willing to work in shifts for 24/7 operating hours
- Working days: 5 Days a week
- Qualification: BSc, B.Com, BA, BCA, BBA, B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc and Post Graduation
- Service Agreement: 2-year bond ( 2 laks penalty)
- Probation Period: 3-Months
- Stipend: 18,000/- per month
- CTC: 3.6 LPA ( Post Training)
- Joining: Immediate Joining
☑️Primary Skills:
- Implement, maintain, and support desktop IT Hardware including but not limited to telephones, desktop, computers, printers.
- Email/ Chat support to their users, creating tickets and resolving, support and other authorized desktop applications on Laptops/ Desktops.
- Assist users with technical issues in patient care systems.
✅Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve a wide range of windows applications issues.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for internal/LAN and WAN connectivity issues.
- Support escalates the issue group using IT Ticketing systems.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for printers and related computer softwares.
