🎯Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates:
• Advertise open positions using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal channels.
• Actively source and build a talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
• Screening & Shortlisting:
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates based on job specifications.
• Conduct initial screening interviews via phone, video, or in person to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination:
• Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Onboarding Assistance:
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of CTC documents, offer letters, and joining kits.

• Database & SAP Management:
