🎓Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (Freshers), under-graduate (with minimum 6-months experience in BPO) are eligible.
- Candidates who are freshers to 1year/ recent graduates can also apply.

✅Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing Inbound calls and following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions to the company customers.
- Building sustainable customer relationships.
- Keeping records of all conversations organized and Building product knowledge and improving performance and achieving management expectations.

- Fluency in communication skills (English+Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Mayalayam, Kannada).
