- Handle customer queries via voice calls/chat
- Provide effective resolution to customer queries
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 3 Years Diploma
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Telegu
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ready to work in 24/7 shifts
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Cab facilities available(Odd hours)
- Complete Work from Office
- Immediate joiners preferred
☑️Work Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
- Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
