- Role: Service Desk Technical Support ( Voice Process).
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
- Work Location: Pranava One Building 5th Floor Opp: Irrum Metro Station
- 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
- Pure dayshifts only.
☑️Work Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
- Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)

- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English
