Job Position: Trainee System Engineers

Qualification: (B.Tech/MCA – First Class).
Pass Outs: 2024 & 2025 graduates.

Salary: Rs.2.2 (Expected salary for freshers)

Shifts: Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
Skills:
- Knowledge of OS (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Basic hardware understanding (computers, printers, networks)
- Familiarity with software, collaboration tools, security programs
- Networking concepts – LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN
- Good troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
Work Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support (phone, email, remote, in-person)
- Install & configure hardware, software, and networking devices
- Troubleshoot internet, printer, scanner, phone issues
- Manage IT inventory & escalate issues when required
