✍️Job Role Summary:
We’re looking for strong JavaScript and React fundamentals to kick-start their careers in open source and enterprise software development. This role begins with a structured 6-month probation and training program, with opportunities for faster promotion if you progress quickly.
🎓Qualification Eligibility:
- B.Tech/BE Open to CS/CE/IT students with a strong grasp of computer fundamentals
- Open to working professionals willing to go through our training program and compensation terms.
- Must have an active GitHub profile showcasing your coding skills.
- Shortlisting is based on quality open-source contributions, especially pull requests (PRs).
🎯Training Program Details:
- Month 1: Learn the advanced React Framework with full guidance from our team.
- Months 2–3: Work on open-source React-based projects, contributing to real-world codebases.
- Months 4–6: Collaborate with senior engineers on internal and client-facing projects.
☑️Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript & React
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Curiosity to learn frameworks, especially NextJS
- Willingness to work on open-source projects in team environments
- Prior web development experience
- Prior experience in frameworks like NextJS
- Familiarity with back-end tech in PHP/Python
