✍️About Job Position:

As part of the EA team, we play a key role in bringing methods to the chaos. We work closely with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives to finetune our processes, aligning our decisions and actions with company goals. 

Expected Salary Rs. up to 4 to 9.90 LPA

Training Stipend: Rs. 30,000/- month

Training Duration: 6-Months

🎯Work Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Communication Management – Handle schedules, emails & leadership interactions 
• Travel & Expense Support – Organize travel plans & manage expenses 
• Event Management & Executive Support–  Plan and host internal/external events, support leadership in public engagements, and ensure seamless execution of executive-facing forums.
• Stakeholder Management – Act as the key POC between leadership & internal/external teams
• Crisis Management – Solve problems on the go & ensure smooth workflows

🎓Qualification:

• 0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
• Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduation required.
• Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
• Skills Required:
• Internship or campus leadership experience are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar tools
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
