- We are hiring Certified/Non Certified candidates from the 2024 – 2026 batch with backgrounds in:
- Medical Lab Technology (MLT)
- Nursing (B.Sc / M.Sc), Radiology, Operation Theatre Technology, Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT), Emergency & Critical Care, PharmD, Any paramedical stream with direct/indirect patient care exposure
- Freshers only Walkin Venue: Infinx Services Pvt Ltd Maximus 2b, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, HUDA Techno Enclave, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Important Notes: * Only paramedical graduates are eligible
- Certified/ non-certified candidates allowed

Work Responsibilities:
- An AR Caller is responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable by contacting patients and insurance companies, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
- Communication and Follow-Up: AR Callers contact insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid claims or bills, using phone calls and emails to ensure timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.
- Claim Management: They investigate denied or underpaid claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and initiate appeals or corrections to maximize reimbursement.
Preferred Skills & Benefits:
- Experience hiring for AR Calling, Payment Posting, Pre-Auth, Medical Billing, Denial Management, and related RCM functions.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
