Role : AR caller
Shift – 6 PM to 3 AM
Qualification: Intermediate or any graduate
Work Responsibilities:
- An AR Caller is responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable by contacting patients and insurance companies, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
- Communication and Follow-Up: AR Callers contact insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid claims or bills, using phone calls and emails to ensure timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.
- Claim Management: They investigate denied or underpaid claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and initiate appeals or corrections to maximize reimbursement.
