Training Duration: 3-Months

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements & Skills:

• Spoken fluency in the Hindi language and business proficiency in English
• Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets
• Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends, especially in the Astrology & devotion category
• Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed with no lags
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
• Detail-oriented organizational skills

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
