Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate or MBA , preferable AMFI and IRDA certification with minimum 1 Year of relevant experience.

Financial Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service by meeting immediate requirements at the front-end including disbursal and management of cash, processing of demand drafts, cheque deposits, handling and resolution of customer queries
- Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and CASA account withdrawals.
- Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary.
- Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the Money Officer line.
- Promotes and cross sell the banks products and services
- Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.,
