📌Job Description: We are seeking a Associate Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to managing and supporting application environments across hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud). This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in Linux, cloud concepts, and containerization, and are eager to build expertise in modern DevOps practices.

🎓Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development.

Salary: Rs.3 LPA – 3.5 LPA (LPA)

Experience: 0-1 years

Office Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

👉Work Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability.Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members.
• Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements.Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress.
• Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications.

👉Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
