NATS Program Details:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it’s a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program.
During Training Salary: Rs. 2.5 to 4 LPA
Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst in the Aftersales team, you will be responsible for analysing data from various sources in Parts, Warehouse system, product support, and digital services & D&IT team. You will work closely with different stakeholders to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that will enhance our aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.
🎓Qualifications:
- 🎓Bachelor’s degree in mathematics , Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
