Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to support the Quality team in maintaining food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational quality controls. The role involves assisting in quality inspections, documentation management, process validation, traceability exercises, and GMP monitoring within a food manufacturing or processing environment
Work Location: Hyderabad
Training Duration: 6-Months Training
Stipend Monthly: 15,000/-
Key Work Responsibilities:
- Monitor raw material receiving activities to ensure compliance with company quality and food safety standards.
- Verify and maintain quality assurance and food safety documentation including inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist in process validation and verification studies to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct GMP and hygiene inspections through daily floor walks and report non-conformities.
- Perform temperature monitoring and product quality checks during storage, handling, and logistics operations.
- Ensure sample collection schedules and laboratory testing timelines are followed as per quality protocols.
- Support traceability and mock recall exercises to ensure effective product tracking across the supply chain.
- Assist in monitoring logistics and storage conditions to maintain product quality and safety.
- Update and maintain QA records, SOPs, and quality documents in compliance with internal standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Recently completed B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Food Safety Management Systems.
