About The Role: Job Description We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals to join our Offline User Growth Team. The role involves identifying growth opportunities across the city, building relationships with merchants, businesses, institutions and communities, and driving on-ground user acquisition initiatives.
Qualification: Any bachelor’s degree
Work Location: Work From Home
Salary: 3.2 to 4.5 LPA
Work Responsibilities:
- Visit markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and other high-footfall locations to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage partnerships with regional/local brands and businesses.
- Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional and community partnerships.
- Engage with merchants, customers and local communities to understand market needs and provide relevant feedback.
- Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility and local marketing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of the local market/city.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting different stakeholders.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and follow up consistently.
- Good command of the local language.
- Candidates with experience in field sales, business development, partnerships, merchant acquisition, market development or similar roles would be relevant.
