- Fixed Week Off: Saturday amp; Sunday
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Service Agreement: 18 Months
About The Role: About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related educational background to build a career in US Healthcare Staffing amp; Recruitment.
Work Responsibilities:
- Source healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate salary and assist with candidate placements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads on hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring timely and quality submissions.
Requirements:
- Freshers / Entry-Level candidates are welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing
- Willingness to learn US Healthcare Staffing processes
- Basic MS Office skills
- Willingness to work onsite during the US night shift
- Willingness to commit to an 18-month service agreement
