Junior AI Engineer (Fresher /Internship/ Entry-Level). Crownstack is a proven Digital Transformation Service provider mostly serving the US market. We are a User Experience and quality-focused digital engineering company, empowering enterprises to develop and implement cutting-edge digital business models.
Opportunity: We are seeking a disciplined and analytical individual to join our data team. This 60-day “Internship-to-Conversion” program offers a clear path to a full-time role based on performance. Candidates who demonstrate proficiency and align with our culture will transition to a permanent Junior AI Engineer position.
Experience Level: 0 – 1 year (fresh graduates and candidates with or without internship experience are welcome to apply)
Internship Stipend Per Month: Rs 15,000
Salary Per Month after Full Conversion: Rs. 30,000
Role Overview:
- You will be joining a quick-adaptive AI engineering team focused on building real-world AI-powered products and solutions
- This role is designed for fresh engineers who are passionate about AI and want to grow fast by doing, not just watching
- You will work closely with senior engineers who will guide and mentor you through every step of your early career
- Your core mission is to learn, experiment, and contribute to AI software development involving LLMs, agents, RAG vector systems and more
- You will get early exposure to cutting-edge tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, and modern vector databases
- This is a high-growth role – engineers who demonstrate initiative and curiosity move up quickly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Python programming
- Genuine interest and curiosity in AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment
Technical Skills:
- Basic Python programming (data structures, functions, OOP concepts)
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
- Understanding of core AI/ML concepts (supervised learning, neural networks, etc.)
- Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Basic understanding of LangChain or LangGraph
- Awareness of RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate), and embeddings
- Familiarity with AI agent concepts and agentic workflows
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
