Salary &Benefit:
- Salary: Fresher – 3,00,000 LPA – 20000/- as Take Home
- Experience – 3.5 LPA – 4LPA
- Night Shifts- Rotational Shifts
- Company provides two-way transportation facility.
Work Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via calls and chat for international customers.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
- Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.
Education/ Experience:
- Freshers and experienced for International Process.
- Minimum of two years college education
- Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with custom comprehend and follow instructions
- Prior experience in international chat support (Sale) will be an added advantage.
