Level: Services Support Associate
🎓Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Education: Any Graduate with 1-3 years’ experience in:
Previous finance function, specifically in Accounts Payable
Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential
Preferred: Previous finance function, specifically in Accounts Payable
Work Location: Chennai & Hyderabad Office.
Shifts: required to work in different shift timings including night shift.
Salary: Rs.4.5 to 8-LPA
✍️Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical expertise:
- Familiarity with alert configuration (add, modify, suppress), dashboarding, and real-time monitoring.
- ITIL Foundational certification preferred.
- Proficiency in system and application monitoring platform tools (preferably Dynatrace, Grafana, and/or Azure Monitor, Nagios, Solarwinds, Datadog etc.) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA etc).
