We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for hiring delivery partners by visiting field locations, conducting interviews, and ensuring onboarding targets are met.

🎓Qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduates

💰Expected Salary: Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month

✅Work Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery executives
• Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and field visits
• Screen and interview candidates on the spot
• Explain job roles, benefits, and onboarding process
• Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintain records of candidates and recruitment activities

☑️Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
• Prior recruitment or field sales experience is a plus
