Training Duration: Rs 10,000/- per month

👉Work Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Assist in employer branding activities and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
🎓Education Degree: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
