- Job Description: Amazon is looking for an Central Operations Support Executive, IN External Fulfillment.
- 💰Salary: Rs. 4.5 to 6-LPA.
- 🎓Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Bachelor’s degree or advanced college education in a related field included but not limited to; Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development.
- Skills Required: Strong research skills to gather relevant information, understand complex topics, and synthesize multiple resources; understanding of basic academic integrity, i.e. plagiarism. Excellent attention to details and ability to focus for a long period of time
- Work Responsibilities: Remotely monitor efficient functioning of the assigned sites via out bound call, emails and by coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence of norms and practices.
- Devise and deploy SOP’s, analyze data, and propose features and processes, which focus on improving the Seller experience
