Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
Skills : US Process, Customer Service, International Voice, Support Rols and BPO Skills required.
🎓Qualifications :
- Any Graduates/ Post Graduates with experience in international voice.
- 2 to 6 years of experience working in client service, customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
- Willingness to work with US Shifts.
- No Active backlogs at the time of selections process.
- Good Education background (above 60%) marks.
✅Work Responsibilities :
- you will serve as ADP’s front-line solving clients challenges including issue resolution, answering questions, heping clients, training their users on ADP Technology and more.
- you may provide support using any combination of phone, email, or chat-based communication, depending on your specific team or role.
