We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our international voice and non-voice process.

✅Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound/ outbound calls, emails and chat process in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively while maintaining high customer process.
• Provide accurate information about products, service to the company customers.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

✅Qualifications & Skills :

• Graduation in any branches. B.ed, BBA, BA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc Etc..
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written communications skills is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Manage multiple task and works.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shift as per business needs.

✅Experience Required :

Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or BPO environment preferred.

Note : BTech /BE and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible for this role.
